Speech-Language Pathologist

• Evaluates speech and swallowing function
• Performs swallowing examinations (modified barium-swallowing test or bedside swallow examination)
• Works closely with dietician to recommend effective treatment strategies and compensation for progressive swallowing changes
• Evaluates and recommends augmentative and other communication devices
