Develops an individualized exercise and rehabilitation
program geared toward maintaining existing motor function
Evaluates and implements orthotics devices,
neck supports, canes, walkers, and wheelchairs
Recommends equipment for the home that will
ensure patient safety and mobility
Discusses activity modification, energy conservation,
and work simplification with the patient
