Meatloaf Supreme

  • 1 lb. minced sirloin (or other lean beef)
  • 4 egg whites and 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • chopped onion (optional)
  • chopped yellow peppers (optional)
  • 1 can condensed cream soup (add 4 to 8 oz. whole milk–do not use water)

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into a loaf, cover with foil, and bake in a bread pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

High-Calorie Sherbet

8 oz. Italian ice
4 oz. peach or pear puree
2 to 4 oz. milk
3 tbsp. olive oil
Mix together in a blender until smooth consistency. Freeze.

Frozen Fruit Drink

Freeze cubes of watermelon (cantaloupe or honeydew)
Place in blender
Add ice cubes made from citrus or apple juice
Blend and drink!
