Yogurt Shake

450-500 calories/drink

  • 8 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 cup kale or spinach (raw)
  • 1 small beet (raw)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small banana

    1. Place fruit and vegetables in blender
    2. Add liquid ingredients
    3. Blend on high until desired texture

    Drink 8 oz at a time with crackers or lightly toasted bread.

1 pkg. Instant Oatmeal (hot skim or 1% milk to mix)
3 tbsp. non fat dry milk powder
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar or 2 tsp honey
_ cup heavy cream
Sprinkle cinnamon (optional)

Mix oatmeal with hot milk as directed. Add above ingredients.
