Darleen Vecchio, MS, Clinical Coordinator

Darleen Vecchio joined the ALS Research Center in July 2007 as Clinical Coordinator for Dr. Petra Kaufmann’s High Dose COQ10 in ALS Multi-Center Phase II clinical trial. She joins us from the division of Pediatric Neurology where she was the site coordinator of a drug trial for Niemann Pick-C disease. Ms. Vecchio came to Columbia in 2001 to be the project coordinator for prostate cancer in the Department of Radiation Oncology. Before joining Columbia, she spent several years working in oncology data management at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center after transitioning from laboratory research at Cornell University Medical College (now Weill Medical College of Cornell University).

Ms. Vecchio holds a BA in Psychology and a MS in Health Management.
